The COVID-19 pandemic demanded a significant shift in how we lived, interacted and conducted business and thus placed enormous demands on businesses to adapt and innovate. The current corporate climate indicates that ‘business-as-usual’ practices will no longer be effective and cannot guarantee a smooth ride as they did before COVID-19. Consequently, there is a need for businesses to adjust and innovate to adapt to emerging trends – be it managing a work-from-home culture to ensuring the health and safety of its employees, partners and clients. Understanding and managing digital innovation supports businesses to discover and test new and better ways to meet the changing needs of stakeholders in a more cost-efficient way. While recognising that innovation is vital for sustainability, the reality is that companies struggle with knowing how to innovate. In response to this, we offered free consultation sessions to C-Level Executives who are responsible for driving innovation and strategy within their organisations to help position their businesses to innovate & be resilient in the face of the COVID-19.
