The Corporate Innovation Retreat was a co-creation session aimed at building a scalable framework for the application of corporate innovation in driving enterprise performance and sustainability across Africa. The goals of the retreat were to introduce corporate innovation to key stakeholders across their organisations, encourage adoption and equity across their organisation, establish structure and processes for the implementation and management of corporate innovation and evaluate the return of investment to strengthen the impact of corporate innovation on their organisation’s bottom-line.
