Startups based in Nigeria can now apply for the first ever Google Developers Launchpad Start Lagos to be held at Co-creation Hub (CcHUB) from 6th to 10th November 2017.
Launchpad Start is a one-week bootcamp for early stage startups interested in improving their knowledge of key subjects like product strategy, UX and UI, technology, marketing and business developments. Our Mentors have been carefully selected to match these specific skills that the startups need to succeed.
The goal of this bootcamp is to provide startups with actionable, in-person mentoring to help them tackle critical growth and scale challenges.
Each day of the bootcamp will be dedicated to a specific subject, and includes presentations, one on one mentorship and instructor-led workshops. At the end of the 1- week bootcamp, participating startups will have four key take-aways; an improved product strategy, an optimized Minimum Viable Product, a technical excellence plan and a viable digital marketing strategy.
“CcHUB is pleased to be a part of the Google Developers Launchpad Start. In the past 7 years we have worked with a number of early stage startups through our pre-incubation programmes where we have helped them build high-performing products and services enabled by technology. The goal of the bootcamp is to provide amongst other things, in-person mentoring which addresses one of our functions to the ecosystem; to activate knowledge networks. We are certain that the knowledge gained from the Google Developers Launchpad Start will address the technical talent gap by strengthening the pool and also contribute to advancing the human potential within the teams of each of the startups who will sign up.” says ‘Bosun Tijani, CEO and Co-founder, CcHUB.
