Co-creation HUB (CcHUB) is looking for an experienced consultant to help GATEWAY make better use of its program data.
About GATEWAY
GATEWAY (Gigwork Accelerator for Talent Empowerment and Workforce Advancement for Youth) is a five-year program that seeks helps young people, particularly young women, build digital and creative skills and move into gig work and sustainable income.
The assignment
GATEWAY holds a large amount of participant and program data. It comes from the program’s portal and LMS, MERL systems, participant support channels, surveys, providers and hubs. The next step is to make sure this data can answer practical management questions:
- Where do participants get stuck in the journey, and for how long?
- Which groups, locations, tracks or providers face more friction, and why?
- Which interventions improve progression, completion and Youth in Work?
- What should management act on now?
Over six weeks, the consultant will:
- audit the existing data
- map the participant journey from registration to Youth in Work
- analyze bottlenecks and patterns
- recommend a simple management dashboard and reporting cadence
- hand over practical, editable tools the GATEWAY team can keep using.
This is not an evaluation or a research-report assignment. We want someone who can interrogate data and redesign how it is used.
Who we’re looking for
- Strong experience in data analytics and data-system design
- Experience working with large participant or customer datasets and connecting data from multiple systems
- A strong grasp of funnels, conversion, longitudinal tracking and operational analytics
- A proven ability to turn data into management decisions and explain technical issues in plain English
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data-visualization skills. SQL, BI or dashboard tools are an advantage.
- Experience in employment, workforce development, education, digital platforms or large development programs is an advantage.
