About the Program
The Nigeria GATEWAY Program is a five-year initiative providing young Nigerians with the skills, tools and infrastructure needed to access meaningful and dignified gig work, with particular focus on women, persons with disabilities and other marginalized groups. Participants who complete training and are approved for device finance purchase from approved vendors; the financing partner pays the vendor directly.
The Program seeks credible device vendors, retailers and distributors operating in: Abuja (FCT), Delta, Edo, Enugu, Kaduna, Kano, Lagos, Ogun, Oyo and Rivers.
Purpose and state-by-state shortlisting
This EOI establishes a database of pre-qualified vendors for a potential non-exclusive panel. Vendors may apply for one or more states and need not cover all ten. Shortlisting is undertaken separately for each state, based on a verifiable outlet in that state and the published minimum requirements. Delivery coverage alone does not substitute for an outlet. A vendor may qualify in some states and fail in others.
This is an information-gathering and pre-qualification exercise, not an invitation to bid or a contract award. Shortlisted organisations may be invited to submit full technical and financial proposals through a later restricted call. No sales volume or financing approval is guaranteed.

Final model approval will be addressed in the subsequent proposal process.
